To enter yourself or your student(s) in this year's Maryland DanceSport Championships, print out the appropriate form below. Please note, there are (2)Two pages for all forms. Entry Deadline is JANUARY 15TH 2009.
AMATUERS who wish to dance single dances, please use Pro/Am form. These will be danced with Pro/Am Events.
